                                            The Xiaomi Mi A2 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with 2160 x 1080 pixels, 18:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved glass and a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection from minor scratches. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE octa-core processor along with Adreno 512 GPU.

The smartphone comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. There’s also a microSD card slot that enables users to further expand the phone’s storage capacity. The phone also comes with a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.

Coming to the camera department, the phone sports a 12-megapixel primary camera with Sony IMX486 sensor, LED flash, f/1.75 aperture and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor with Sony IMX376 sensor with f/1.75 aperture. On the front side, there’s a 20-megapixel snapper with Sony IMX376 sensor with Soft-LED flash.

This is the second smartphone from Xiaomi that runs on a stock Android operating system instead of the company’s own MIUI custom interface. According to the company, the device will receive the latest security patches and comes with built-in Google services, including Google Assistant.

Connectivity options on the device include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. As the Mi A2 is a part of Google’s Android One program, the phone runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box and is powered by a 3,010mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support.
